We are innovators of Supernatural coffee fermentation, experimenting with various recipes for natural specialty coffee production. This includes four methods based on the coffee’s thickness on raised beds.
- NT1 (Chocolate): Single layer of coffee is kept in the bed with average distribution of 30kg/m2. Very less fermentation is expected to occur.
- NT2 (Berry): Double layer of coffee is kept in the bed with average distribution of 60Kg/m2. Less fermentation occur in the lower layer.
- NT3 (Rasin): Three layer of coffee is kept in the bed with average distribution of 90Kg/m2. Moderate fermentation occur in the two layers
- NT4 (winey): Four layer of coffee is kept in the bed with average distribution of 120Kg/m2. High fermentation occur in this experimentation
