Warehouse & Dry Mill
Our coffee cleaning plant is located in Addis Ababa, the capital city. It is equipped with modern machineries for complete coffee cleaning and processing. It has a capacity of 4 MT per hour. During high working sessions, the plant has a capacity to work 24 hours a day in three shifts.
Machineries
- Pre-cleaning: We use Pre-cleaner for removal of foreign material, magnet for removal of metallic materials, and dis-stoner for removal of stone;
- Huller and Polisher: We use huller for removal of coffee parchment and also polisher for removal of silver skin from the coffee bean;
- Grader and Gravity Separator: We use grader to separate coffee bean based on screen size and gravity separator to remove light weight and broken coffee beans;
- Color sorter: To separate defected beans based on their color;
- Recycling:ifthereisqualityissue,repeatthe cleaning process from gravity separator
- Human inspection: Hand picking chain for human inspection;
- Power Generator: To full operate the whole cleaning process in case of power failure
